Weddings take a lot of preparation.  We have found that planning a wedding is a significant event that most people do not have experience in.  We love wedding planners, and the right planner can make all the difference, but many couples don't want to spend big sums of money on a Wedding Planner. However, everyone needs guidance through the wedding planning process.  We are the middle ground between going it alone and turning it all over.  As Consultants, we have the answers, advice, and knowledge that only experience and our network can provide to help you through the wedding planning process.  Your wedding is an event with multiple appointments, gatherings, and parties. Of course, timing is everything; so much is packed into the Wedding that it can spin out of control even before it arrives.  This is where a wedding consultant is an ideal fit for several types of brides like the D.I.Y. Bride or brides on a budget. Perhaps you have questions or concerns to be answered; questions like, "how many servings of cake do I really need?",  "are Hors d'oeuvres more economical than a buffet? "  Since we are providing unbiased and honest feedback based on our experience and knowledge, you can rest assured you're making the right decision for your big day.

What do you need Wedding Day Coordinator?

Are you planning your wedding on your own? Do you need assistance putting together final touches? Who is keeping everything on schedule on your Wedding day?

We will coordinate the logistics of your wedding day to ensure that everything runs seamlessly according to how you envisioned it. We begin working four to six weeks before the wedding to coordinate vendors and create the master timeline; on the wedding day we ensure everything runs seamlessly from florist arrival and limo drop offs, to packing your gifts and goodies at the end of the night!

Wedding Day Coordinator $1200

Pre-Wedding Day 

  • We offer a free initial consultation to create and define your vision. Additional meetings include a Venue site visit (1month before the Wedding Day), and a Final wrap-up meeting to finalize plans and vision.
  • We will be the new point of contact for your vendors to review contracts, and create master timeline and schedules.
  • We create the Wedding Day master timeline which will be sent to all of your vendors.

Wedding Day and Ceremony

  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure they are on time and setup is complete.
  • Provide Deluxe Wedding Emergency Kit.
  • For morning or noon ceremonies, a Brunch Box delivered to the bridal suite for the bride and the grooms suite; for an evening ceremony, refreshments & crudités.
  • Organize Wedding Party flowers and assist with pinning and placement of flowers.
  • Assist photographer with coordinating wedding party for photos.
  • Set out programs.
  • Communicate with ceremony officiant.
  • Prior to ceremony, line up wedding party for procession and assist wedding party with their “step off.”
  • Cue musicians or DJ.
  • Cue wedding party for procession. 
  • Onsite working hrs. 4

Reception

  • Set up and place table names, favors, menus, programs, toasting glass and serving set per bride’s instructions.

  • Communicate announcements and transitions with DJ or MC including Have wedding couple entrance announcement.
  • Direct vendors as needed onsite.
  • Coordinate receiving line.
  • We review the banquet event order/catering event timeline of services, ceremony reception and cocktail hour to ensure everything stays on time.
  • Distribute remaining payments/gratuities to vendors.
  • Arrange for gift transportation at end of evening.
  • Responsible for cake knife/toasting glasses.
  • Responsible for assigning who is taking flowers, decorations, cake top, guest book etc.
  • Onsite working hrs. 6 
  • Total working hrs. 12

*Please note that these are general guidelines and responsibilities. Further responsibilities are agreed between Brey & Co. and Wedding Couple.

* Additional hours are billed at $75.00 per hour.

* This package does not include set up linen, chair covers, centerpieces or cleaning of tables or rooms.

Ask the Expert Anything $200

We offer this 2 hour planning session for you to ask any questions you need help with. This time is used at the Bride and Groom’s discretion to ask anything, and everything needed like assistance with the timelines, comparing vendors, seating charts, or room design. You may just need an expert to help get you plan, get back on track or wrap things up.  $200 can save you thousands.
